1 cup all-purpose flour
1 Tablespoon baking powder
1 heaping Tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 cup milk
2 Tablespoon butter, melted
Cinnamon Spread
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1 heaping Tablespoon cinnamon
1 Tablespoon half n half (may need more)
1 Tablespoon all-purpose flour (may need more)
drop of vanilla extract (optional)
Simple Cream Cheese Glaze
1 ounce cream cheese, softened
1 Tablespoon powdered sugar (may need more)
Milk (to thin it out if desire)
Instructions
Pancakes
In a large bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Set aside.
In a small bowl beat together egg, milk and butter.
Make a well in the center of the flour mixture and pour the egg mixture into the well.
Stir gently just until incorporated. It should still be lumpy.
Let batter rest for 10 to 15 minutes
Ladle onto griddle or in pan and cook on one side until you see bubbles through most of the pancake, dont do this on high heat either or they will burn insanely easy. Flip and cook on the other side for a few minutes, they really dont take long.

Simple Cream Cheese Glaze
In a small bowl, mix together cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy. Add milk if desired until it reaches a glaze consistency.
,Drizzle over pancakes and serve.
