The most important thing about it, is once you cover it, DO NOT take the lid off until at least 12 minutes are up.
Very simple
For a 2 person serving (and this easily doubles, triples w/e
1 3/4 cup water
1 cup rice
1 tbsp oil (your choice, however i would not recommend coconut oil for this unless your coconut oil doesnt have any flavor too it unlike mine)
1 tsp salt
put everything in the pot, bring to a boil, turn the flame down to a low simmer and put the lid on. DONT TOUCH for at least 12 min. After that check it to see if there is any water left, if there is lid goes back on for a minute at a time.
Try it and let me know how it turns out. I make this in large batches and freeze
