2 lbs ground pork
2 tbsp itallian seasoning
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1 cup corn meal or cornbread mix
1 tsp onion powder
Mix it all really well and form into meatballs. Fry until done or bake in the oven about 30 minutes at 375 or until done, flipping over halfway through.
use on subs or in spaghetti and meatballs or slow cooker bbq meatballs.
