1 lb pasta of your choice
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
2 cups water
cook noodles and drain set aside
melt butter, whisk in flour and make a rue.
whisk in milk, minced garlic and add seasonings.
It should start getting thick.
add pasta back in then add cheese and stir really well.
